  • Design and facilitate meetings, retreats, brainstorming sessions, project kickoffs and other purposeful gatherings

  • ‘Ghost-Facilitation’ which means that I design agendas and processes that you will facilitate, and then coach you on how to lead the meeting  

  • Support collaborations to develop vision and mission, recruit members, establish relational norms, engage with community, and develop strategy and work plans

  • Support start-up projects as a strategist, facilitator and/or project manager 

  • Center marginalized and community voices in dialogue and decision making, and decenter Whiteness

  • Design and facilitate processes to develop a strategic plan 

  • Design and facilitate processes to achieve a target, such as program design, capital campaigns, or community engagement 

  • Engage board, community stakeholders and staff in clarifying vision and values  

  • Support teams in developing implementation plans


Meeting Improvement

 
  • Advise and train on how to improve meetings, build relationships and trust and get to better outcomes

  • Build templates, design rituals and processes, and support groups in establishing meeting norms


Project Management

 
  • Provide project strategy including project scoping, project planning and facilitating project teams 

  • Coordinate work plans and facilitate project team meetings for collaboratives and collective impact projects


Professional Development

 
  • Custom-design professional development and training on facilitation and leading meetings, strategy and/or project management for individuals as well as teams 

  • Provide coaching and thought partnering in support of changing habits and implementing new processes

  • Coach on how to design engagement processes and agendas 

  • Coach on improving executive project management skills, both technical and relational


Advising and Thought Partnering

 
  • Custom-design processes to facilitate the development of your ideas, or create a fruitful space for you to explore solutions and challenges

  • Co-develop strategy and a plan for succeeding at a new role, promotion or new job  

  • Co-develop strategy and a plan for starting a successful consulting practice and growing your business
